We usually ship out your package within first 7 days of the month. And it will take 1-2 days to arrive.

We deliver your coffee via SF Express service, which means you can choose any address you want the coffee to be deliered to, including SF lockers / SF stores / office / home.

Normally we roast upon receiving your order! But if coincidently we have fresh beans in stock, we guarantee the beans are roasted within 7 days from the day we dispatch. So we guarantee beans are fresh and nice! For drip bag, it takes some time for the beans to breath before being grinded. So the order delivery will take a little bit longer time than whole beans.

Definitely! Coz we roast upon receiving orders, you could let us know what roast level of beans you would like to get. Or you could just tell us the purpose of bean, e.g. for espresso or drip coffee, and your preference, we could tailor make the best for you! If you don't have a grinder, or would like the beans to be grinded, we also could help on this~!

We hold workshops regularly every weekend and Monday! You may also reserve workshops during weekdays with your group of people! Feel free to contact us for the available and schedule. We are flexible on this!

We aim at small class while more interaction could happen between participants! So we decide to have two to six participants per class. ** Due to the latest regulations for pandemic COVID-19, our class size is temperorily reduced to 2-4 persons until further notice **

Workshops "Coffee Brewing & Tasting", "Hand-drip brewing" & "Espresso & Latte Art" take 1.5 hours. Not too long but long enough for your to enjoy brewing & tasting coffee, as well as acquiring skills in making a nice cup! "Coffee Cupping Workshop" & "Home Roasting Workshop" will take 2 hours.
