Service Description: Intermediate Latte Art workshop focus on consolidating the knowledge you have learnt along with theories, provide advance skills of milk frothing and Latte Art pouring. You will have better understanding of 5 criteria while pouring different Latte Art patterns: Espresso, Milk Foam, Mixing, Flow and Landing position Medium of instruction: The workshop would be conducted in Cantonese ONLY. Workshops in English/ Mandarin are required to be arranged in advance by contacting us. What is the workshop about exactly? ‧ Understanding the skills of milk frothing ‧ Understanding the composition and coordination of pouring different Latte Art patterns with step-by-step instruction by our professional baristas Workshop Fee: ‧ HKD $580 / session (2 hrs), recommending to have at least 2-3 sessions to have thorough understanding of concepts Venue: Both Kam Tin / Fanling Store are available! :) Our Mission: Sharing of good coffee should not be confined to cafes but wherever people are. We believe everyone can be a barista and share their love of coffee with friends, family and whoever around. We often see different coffee brewing methods across cafes. What are they? How do they make difference on the coffee taste and appearance? This workshop aims at providing you knowledge much more than basic on Latte Art making and also offering you next-level techniques to make various patterns of Latte Art properly. Hell-like pouring of latte art experience will definitely be the main spot for the workshop. Let's pour until your hand cannot raise! The most fun and technique-dependant part for making a milk coffee!
